MATCH REPORT

2nd XV v FURNACE SAT 18/10/03

With a belated start to the season due to a lack of playing numbers, Llanelli Wanderers second team finally managed to take to the field in a local derby with Furnace RFC. In an equally fought encounter the Wanderers edged home with a 34 points to 26 victory with tries coming from Dylan Hughes, Mark Tucker, Jonathan Evans and two by Aled Lloyd. 

Ryan North also crossed for a try before having to leave the field with a suspected dislocated collar bone.  A speedy recovery is wished to Ryan by all in the Club. All players are reminded that training takes place every Monday and Thursday at the Wanderers ground at 6.30pm. Next week sees the Wanderer 1st team entertaining Aberdare at home in the Cup while the 2^nd Team visit Burry Port for a friendly.
