We tried to keep going but as we have only had a maximum of 10 players turning up for training, on 1 occasion only 3 (2 of which were the sons of Coaches). We have attempted to recruit players to increase squad members but have failed. It was therefore decided that we should disband due to the lack of commitment from the majority of last year’s squad. The WRU have been informed. Best wishes to all those players who are able to continue playing with other sides. Who knows sometime in the future we may be able to reform. Our thanks to the efforts of the Coaches, some of the boys and their parents for their attempts to keep the team going. 27/9/2004 - Llanelli Wanderers RFC Welsh Festival of Rugby 2005 We are now taking club names for entry in our rugby festival that will take place on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd April 2005.
