Where to find us

The Llanelli Wanderers ground is located on the west side of Llanelli Town centre on the A484 Burry Port/Pembrey/Kidwelly/Carmarthen road, and is situated on the same complex at "Stradey Park" as the world famous Llanelli Scarlets and the Llanelli Cricket Club.

By Road

Coming from the East: Follow the M4 through South Wales past Cardiff and Swansea to M4 Junction 48. Leave at this Junction turning left off the slip road onto the A4138.  Travel up the hill towards Llanelli, watching the police speed camera just over the brow (40mph speed limit). Go straight on at the traffic lights and through four roundabouts until you reach another set of traffic lights.  Straight on again for about a 1/4 of a mile, until you reach a large roundabout (McDonalds is in front of you) take the 3rd exit for Carmarthen and Burry Port. (it is signposted Stradey Park) and continue to follow the coastal road for another 3 or 4 miles all the time following the signs for Stradey Park.

When you reach the mini-roundabout take the left hand exit up over the railway line.  There will be derelict works on your left, continue along this road until you reach the roundabout and take the 3rd exit, travelling back towards the Llanelli town centre.

You will see the Hi Q Tyre centre on your left and the White Horse public house on your right.  You need to turn right opposite the pub and travel up this road for about 400-500 yards, turn left over the old railway line and the entrance to our ground is at the right of the entrance to the main Llanelli R.F.C. ground at Stradey Park.

From the West: From Carmarthen take the Llanelli road via Kidwelly, Pembrey, Burry Port and Pwll.  On leaving Pwll you will pass the Llanelli campus of the CCTA on your left.  Keep on this road until you come to a roundabout, go straight on towards Llanelli Town Centre then follow instructions above from Hi Q Tyre Centre which will be on your left.

From the North: Make your way to Cross Hands and then take the Llanelli road.  Go straight on at the traffic lights travelling through Upper Tumble, Llannon and Felinfoel into Llanelli Town Centre.  As you approach the give way sign you will see a large island with a church, travel down towards the church and filter into the left hand lane.  Follow the sign for Burry Port travelling through 2 pelican crossings.  Look out for the White Horse public house in front of you and turn right opposite the pub.  Travel up this road for about 400-500 yards, turn left over the old railway line and the entrance to our ground is at the right of the entrance to the main Llanelli R.F.C. ground at Stradey Park.

There is plenty of parking at Stradey Park but try to get there at least 30mins before kick off.

By Rail: Llanelli Station is a good 20-30 minutes walk from our ground or a 5 minute taxi ride. Regular services but you will probably have to change at Swansea unless you're very lucky and you might have to change at Bristol or Cardiff unless you are coming directly on the London (Paddington) Line.
